For some days <a href="http://www.google.com/">Google<a> has a new favicon. Favicon is the tiny icon in the browser bar and it can be seen in the list of bookmarks. The reactions were mainly negative. <a href="http://www.google.com/corporate/execs.html#marissa">Marissa Mayer</a> wrote a <a href="http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2008/06/one-fish-two-fish-red-fish-blue-fish.html">blogpost</a> about it on the <a href="http://googleblog.blogspot.com/">Official Google Blog</a>. There are several sets of icons that were designed and up to now there is no final solution. If someone has a nice idea for a favicon, there is a site to <a href="http://www.google.com/faviconideas/">submit it</a> to Google.
